The calorie value of the bryndza is about 250 kcal (there are about 150 kcal), so this product can easily be included in the diet food, without any consequences. 

Useful Properties of Bryndza 

So, what is about the beneficial properties of bryndza? First, it is necessary to start from the components that make up its composition. Since there is a lot of calcium in it, hence the characteristic useful qualities are. This product will be effective in the case of diseases of the bone system, in traumas, fractures, against such diseases as rickets or osteoporosis. Also, the bryndza will be useful to pregnant women since during this period there are large loads on the bones, in particular on the spine and legs. The same properties are promoted and by phosphorus, also a part of the composition. That is, these both substances act, as if in a pair. 

Since the composition of bryndza includes many of amino acids and beneficial bacterias, they all have a useful effect on the normal functioning of the liver and digestive system, nerve cells and urogenital organs. And you can use the bryndza simply for the prevention and healthy functioning of these organs and systems, and in diseases or chronic ailments of the body. The bryndza has a positive effect on the surface of the skin, making it healthier, fresh and vigorous. A large amount of protein in the bryndza has played for it one of the key roles − it is perfect for vegetarians who do not eat meat or fish.

Thus, the bryndza remains one of the most useful dairy products, affecting the digestive organs of the human body. 

Harm and Contraindications of Bryndza 

Regarding the negative effects of bryndza, we should also say a few words. As for bans on the use of the bryndza, then it should be excluded by those who are not allowed to eat any salty foods. Such persons include people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, diseases of the genitourinary system, those who have problems with acidity in the body. However, there is no complete ban on this product. Firstly, it can be consumed in small quantities, and secondly, if desired, you can soak the bryndza in boiling water for a few seconds, or leave it in cold water for a few minutes. After a significant part of the salt is dissolved, the cheese may be begun to eat. Also, it is not recommended using it for those who suffer lactose intolerance. 

It is noteworthy that this product is better not to combine with meat or fish. It can be added to the vegetable salads from vegetables and greens. From the bryndza there are obtained very tasty and nutritious sandwiches for tea, oatmeal, and other dishes for the breakfast.
