Salmon – Beneficial Properties and Cooking

A fish "salmon" is known for the two things – reddish flesh and richness of valuable omega-3 acid. However, in addition to the omega-3 fatty acids, the salmon meat has a rich useful composition, which makes this fish one of the most useful seafood. Composition of Salmon's Flesh

Beneficial Properties of Salmon

The salmon are also more or less useful, depending on the method of preparation. So, it is perfectly absorbed with the vegetables, which, in turn, complement the taste and the benefits of fish salmon.

Fast Cooking Salmon 

It will need the two salmon fillets, the olive oil, and the Tartare sauce. It is best to prepare this dish out of the fresh fish that is buying directly on the day of purchase. The fillets should be put in a glass dish for baking. From the top pour a small amount of oil, flip the flesh a couple of times to evenly distribute oil. 

Bake the salmon in the oven needs, at a temperature of 356 0F for 15-30 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. The finished dish is served with Tartare sauce and Moroccan carrot salad. 

Salmon in Oven 

The baked salmon is quite quickly prepared. For example, it is possible to bake it and serve with a sauce of mustard and dill. To prepare such sauce you will need the three tablespoons of mayonnaise, a half of cup of sour cream, the three tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, the two tablespoons Dijon mustard, the two tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, the two teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime's juice, a salt and a pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, mustard, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. After that, the prepared sauce should be covered with the plastic food film and refrigerate at least for the three hours before serving. For baking the fish it will need two or three of salmon's fillet, three tablespoon of olive oil, salt and ground black pepper. 

The oven must be preheated to 356 0F. Grate the fillet with the oil, sprinkle with the spices and lay it in the mold with the salmon's skin down. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes. The finished dish is served to the table with the chilled sauce.
