Secrets of Cooking Diet Pizza

A well-known and respected pizza all over the world will not leave anyone indifferent. The only drawback of this wonderful dish is the extremely high calorie content, which makes it almost inaccessible to the people who want to keep the ideal figure. 

Still, the way out of this situation is to prepare a diet pizza made from a useful base and a sauce. In this article, we will discuss what suitable is for this dish and how to cook it at home. 

So, it is necessary to refuse from the fat pizzas of the store or restaurant to everyone, who wishes not to type the excess weight. This dish contains a huge amount of fat, but you can avoid this by preparing pizza at home. 

To make the dough the most useful for the organism and the figure, you should add to it one teaspoon of olive oil, nine-ten ounces of the flour and a small pinch of salt. Mixing all this in a blender, add water to the composition, about five-seven tablespoons. Gradually pouring it to the composition, get the flexible and dense dough. By the way, this dough can be stored in the refrigerator for two-three days. 

When kneading the dough, it is better to use the whole-grain flour. In this product there is a large amount of dietary fibre, which is valuable for the figure. In addition, from such flour, dough is obtained, which is able to withstand large loads of vegetable pizza toppings. 

To make the pizza juicy and soft, you need to prepare a special sauce. In its composition there should be no mayonnaise or ketchup, and it can be made with the help of such ingredients: 

- three tomatoes; 
- one teaspoon of the olive oil; 
- three-four sprigs of parsley and basil; 
- one Bulgarian pepper. 

After preparing the sauce, apply it to the dough and put the dish in the oven for 20-30 minutes. After this time, it will rise and the pizza will be ready. We draw attention to the fact that the home recipe does not contain sugar. This, in turn, significantly reduces the total caloric value. To make the pizza even tastier, you can add mushrooms, vegetables, seafood or chicken breast to the filling. 

This will saturate the product and make it more appetizing. The dietary pizza can be made "sweet", if you wish. For this, instead of the tomato sauce, a fruit filling is made, also containing no sugar.
