After all, it is really very simple to consume the vitamins daily with the fresh fruits. This has a lot of advantages over the tablets, and now we will tell you about them in detail. 

The fact is that the fruits are, first of all, delicious foods, which means that they have a beneficial effect on the nervous system and mood. After eating a delicious product, we seem to have a "contentment" feeling, but if you, for example, use bitter pills, from which, of course, there is no pleasure, the whole process of filling with vitamins of the organism will seem disgusting. In fact, it plays a very important role, which is why the fruits already benefit against the tablets. 

Further, unlike the tablets, the fruits practically have no side effects and contraindications. If a tablets' overdose can lead, sometimes, to severe consequences − nausea, vomiting, headache, weakness and so on, then an overdose of the fruits is almost not real. The maximum, what you can be got by fruits, so this is a state of indigestion, which will calm down in just an hour or two, or there may be a mild allergic reaction in the form of acne. Besides, the majority of fruits is easily digested well and overcooked. In this regard, it is sufficient to know only a few conditions of use. First, it is that they need to be consumed almost in right off − about 30 minutes before or after taking the main food. Or eat them in between meals and at leisure. 

The fruits, being a natural product, have a mass of vitamins and minerals that cannot only maintain the organism in tone, but also contribute to the treatment and prevention of various diseases. Firstly, the fruits provide our body with a daily supply of water since at most, they consist of more than 80% of this liquid. In addition, in the second place, the fruits contain the dietary cellulose (fibers) in which there is substances and minerals that can have beneficial effects on our health, immunity and the body as a whole. Without fruits it is hard dispensable today and in the cooking they are used very-very often. They can be used as the main ingredient in a dish, or as an auxiliary, and also often perform a decorative function, decorating cakes, salads and other dishes. 

It is logical to assume that only the ripe fruits are needed. The green ones, however, will not cause anything other than an upset stomach. Still, there is an opinion that the fruits are most useful to use directly from the bed, garden or from any other plots. So, all the useful properties still remain in the fruits. But if you have gathered the fruits and left them in the refrigerator for a few days, some of the beneficial properties in them will be lost. Thus, the fruits will bring you the greatest benefit, and the effect of their use will be visible. 

Harmful Properties of Fruits. Possible Contraindications 

As for the side effects and contraindications of the fruits, there are very few of them. By the way, they concern only the single fruits. For example, the mandarins and oranges can cause the vitamin deficiency. But here is an interesting fact that some fruits can counteract the others. That is, avitaminosis can be prevented by a pear. And there are many such examples. 

However, perhaps, the real threat of fruit lies in another (unless, of course, they are not your own). It is a question of the chemical and thermal processing to which these products are exposed. After all, many tropical fruits, for example, need to be delivered to our stores matured. To do this, they need to be either ripped off in the green form and finished transporting within one-two weeks to the point of sale, or rip off already mature, and treated with the special chemicals to ensure that they do not spoil. So they get to the shelves of stores with very harmful chemicals. Mostly they: 

- disrupt the work of the liver and the kidneys; 
- chemical elements penetrate into the blood, contaminating it; 
- risk of appearing of the cancer increases. 

The conclusion is only one − all the fruits that you buy must be washed, and washed thoroughly, since simple rinsing, as a rule, does not help. The processed fruit can easily be determined by its smoothness. If the surface of the fruit seems oily to you − covered like a layer of sunflower oil or a detergent film, be sure to thoroughly rinse it. Thus, you will always benefit from fruits, and not vice versa.
